I was diagnosed with diabetes in September 2006. Every day seems to include an experiment about what affects my blood glucose levels and what doesn't. This blog is a journal of my discoveries, positive or negative. Of course, there are other things in my life besides diabetes, so there are other topics covered as well. I have a lot of chronic health problems, but try not to let these things get in the way of living.
